Superintendent Search Focus Group Schedule for January 8 and January 9, 2025

You’re invited to join us in person to give your feedback in the search for our next Superintendent. 

The purpose of the focus groups is to gather input from different stakeholders in our community.  If you are not able to attend a focus group, you may take part in the following short survey available in English or in Spanish. This survey closes at midnight on January 12, 2025.

Below is the in-person Focus Group schedule for EASD 131 parents, community groups and staff. Note: The Open Forum on January 9  is available to all groups that can’t attend the other scheduled sessions.

January 8, 2025

2:00 PM Administration (Cabinet, Principals, Assistant Principals, Deans, Department Chairs): Administrative Center Boardroom, 310 Seminary Avenue
3:00 PM City Officials, Community Groups, Neighborhood Groups, Clergy: Administrative Center Boardroom, 310 Seminary Avenue
4:30 PM Middle School & High School Secondary Staff:  East Aurora High School – Little Theatre, Auditorium, Library, Room 100
5:30 PM Parents – English Session: East Aurora High School-Little Theatre
5:30 PM Parents – Spanish Session: East Aurora High School-Auditorium

Horario del Grupo Focal de Búsqueda del Superintendente el 8 de enero y 9 de enero del 2025

Está invitado a unirse a nosotros en persona para dar su opinión sobre la búsqueda de nuestro próximo/a Superintendente. 

El propósito de los grupos focales es recopilar opiniones de diferentes representantes de nuestra comunidad interesadas. Si no puede asistir a un grupo focal, puede participar en la siguiente breve encuesta disponible en inglés o español. Esta encuesta cierra a la medianoche del 12 de enero de 2025.

A continuación se muestra el horario de los grupos focales en persona para padres, grupos comunitarios y personal de EASD 131. Nota: El Foro Abierto del 9 de enero está disponible para todos los grupos que no puedan asistir a las otras sesiones programadas.
