If you have walked in Bardwell’s gym sometime this year, you might have heard Bardwell’s 5th graders humming Queen’s “We are the Champions.” That’s because Bardwell’s student athletes completed a historic sweep of five different sports tournaments this year. In the fall, both the girls and boys soccer teams won the district soccer tournaments. In the winter, the boys and girls basketball teams both took their respective district titles after completing undefeated seasons. Then, just a couple of weeks ago, the Volleyball team also won their district tournament. After the student vs staff game last week, students from all five teams took a group picture together with their 10 trophies. Congrats Bardwell Bears!
