The week began with a family event, Coffee with the Principal. Many parents came to hear about school goals and our college and career focus for the year. 

  • In Kindergarten, students lead the morning calendar session.
  • In first grade, students are practicing syllables in Spanish. 
  • In second grade, students are completing the app IXL in connection with curriculum goals. 
  • In third grade, students are reading The Case of the Gasping Garbage.
  • In fourth grade, students built a robotic finger. 
  • In fifth grade, the students analyzed the various forms of water on earth and explored text features in their books. 

As always, recess was filled with fun! It was a great week at Dieterich.

La semana comienza con un evento familiar, Café con la directora. Muchos padres vinieron a escuchar acerca de las metas carreras en las que nos enfocaremos este año.

  • En kinder, los estudiantes en la mañana están a cargo del calendario.
  • En primer grado, los estudiantes están practicando las silabas en español.
  • En Segundo grado, los estudiantes están trabajando en la aplicación IXL en conexión con las metas del plan de estudios.
  • En tercer grado, los estudiantes están leyendo el libro, The Case of the Gasping Garbage.
  • En cuarto grado, los estudiantes están construyendo un dedo robótico.
  • En quinto grado, los estudiantes están analizando varias formas del agua en la tierra y explorando los elementos informativos de sus libros.

Como siempre, el recreo está lleno de diversión. Fue una buena semana en Dieterich.
